معرفی محصول
پانل های دیواری آب، سطح اصلی گرمایش دیگ ها هستند که از چندین ردیف لوله فولادی تشکیل شده اند که در اطراف گوشه دیگ قرار دارند.و خارج از آن گرمای شعله در کوره دیگ را می پذیرد، عمدتاً گرمای تابش محصولات احتراق با دمای بالا را در کوره جذب می کند. مایع کار در آن بالا می رود و با گرما تبخیر می شود.
نوع اصلی پنل های دیواری که شرکت ما تولید می کند، دیواری غشاست.
دیواره آب غشا یک ساختار ضد هوا است که از لوله ها و باله ها تشکیل شده است.مزیت آن کاهش نشت هوا در کوره است.بار کمتر بر روی سازه فولادی و هزینه پایین تری برای دیگ؛ آسان برای استفاده از ساختار تعلیق و بهبود سیستم گسترش حرارتی، مناسب برای تولید مکانیکی در مقیاس بزرگ، سرعت مونتاژ بالا،ظرفیت ذخیره گرما پایین و کوتاه کردن زمان روشن شدن و خاموش شدن. معایب این است که فرآیند تولید پیچیده است. دیوار آب غشا اغلب در دیواره های آب با ظرفیت بزرگ، دمای بالا و فشار بالا استفاده می شود
